PhD done!

On November 25th, the Hart-Klironomos lab celebrated that Sepideh Pakpour and I (within two days) had successfully defended our PhD theseses:

The factors that influence prokaryotic and eukaryotic community structure in indoor dust ~ Sepideh Pakpour

Examining ecological determinants of community formation and stability in the root microbiota ~ Kristin Aleklett

It was a great way to finish my time at UBC – Okanagan, surrounded by colleagues, friends and family.

There will probably pop up a few more posts here on the blog about the findings from my PhD as well as more info about what my new postdoc adventures are in the near future.

For now, over and out, I’m done!
